These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites and messaging services operated by Kentson Car Company, which operates three dealerships in Utah: Bountiful, American Fork and Kentson EV.
Use of our Web Sites:
Vehicle information, pricing and availability are provided in good faith and may change. Prices shown exclude tax, title, licence and dealer fees unless stated. A listed price does not constitute an offer; all sales are subject to a written agreement and to the vehicle remaining available.
SMS Terms:
Kentson Car Company operates two separate text messaging programs. They have separate consent, and you can be enrolled in one without the other.
Program 1 — Conversational and Informational Messaging
Consent. By giving us your mobile number through the chat on our web site, or by texting one of our published store numbers, you agree to receive informational text messages from Kentson Car Company about the vehicle or enquiry you contacted us about. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Program description. Messages relate to your enquiry — vehicle availability, pricing, arranging a visit or test drive, trade-in valuation, appointment confirmations, and replies to questions you send us. Some replies are generated by an automated assistant. It identifies itself as an assistant when asked, and you can ask for a member of our team at any time.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. In addition to replies, you may receive up to seven follow-up messages about your enquiry over the 120 days following your first contact. Messages are sent between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Program 2 — Promotional Messaging
Consent. Promotional messages require separate, express written consent. You will not receive them unless you separately opt in. Giving us your mobile number for an enquiry does not enroll you in this program.
Program description. Newly arrived vehicles matching what you were looking at, price reductions on a vehicle you viewed, offers to buy your current vehicle, and notice of sale events.
Message frequency. Up to 4 messages per month.
The following applies to both programs
Who you are giving consent to. When you give us your mobile number, or text one of our published numbers, you are giving consent directly to Kentson Car Company LLC. Consent is given to us and to no one else.
We do not share your opt-in data. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile opt-in data, your messaging consent, or your phone number with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Kentson Car Company does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. We will send one confirmation and will not message you again. To resume, reply START.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including information collected when you opt in to text messaging.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Kentson Car Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our web sites or messaging services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
